Future Sommelier Application

YES, I will share my tasting notes on social media after receiving the two Fresco di Masi samples including the MASI wine that will be sent to me.

Candidates must:
• Be currently employed at a UK restaurant &/or be final year students at a catering college
• Have 0-18 months experience working as a sommelier or part of a professional wine service team at a restaurant in the UK or overseas
• Never have undertaken a wine course/education or sat a wine exam
• Not visited a winery or had a vineyard tour on a professional visit (private/public visits not applicable)
• Be aged 28 or under before 31/12/2025
• Have the right to work in UK
• Be able to travel freely from UK to Europe (visa/passport/insurance/DBS/holiday time)
• Give permission for image/name to be publicised in all marketing materials in relation to taking part in this campaign.
• If chosen to join the winners trip to Italy, be available to attend trip in September 2025
• Forgo the prize if their availability changes, or they do not respond to the trip offer within 48hrs.
• Flights will be departing/returning to a London airport.
• Additional trip T&Cs will be made available to all entrants before they take part.

Winners for the trip to Italy will be selected by representatives from the organisers (Berkmann Wine Cellars, MASI Wines and Sommelier Edit).
