Enjoy an easy classic cocktail recipe with a spin. This gin sour favourite has everything you expect but with added notes of hibiscus brought in by gin itself and the hibiscus syrup. These extra elements add a touch of bitterness that’s reminiscent of cranberry or pomegranate.
- 50ml Contractor’s Gin
- 50ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 25ml Monin Hibiscus Syrup
- 25ml Fresh egg whites
- 25ml Agave Syrup
Recipe: Shake vigorously over ice, strain and serve in a tumbler glass.
Garnish: Rose petals and dried orange wheel.
