Your Role at Benares:
As a Sommelier, you’ll do more than pour wine – you’ll craft unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. Your day-to-day will involve taking wine orders, suggesting perfect pairings, and sharing your knowledge with warmth and enthusiasm. Your expertise will guide our guests through our extensive wine list, enhancing their culinary journey with every sip.
What I’m Looking For:
I value attitude above all else. While certifications like WSET or CMS are a plus, it’s your passion and eagerness to delight our guests that matter most. Previous experience in a similar role is great, but I’m also open to training the right candidate.
Requirements:
– Must have the right to work in the UK, as Visa sponsorship is not provided
– This is a full-time position, offering stability and opportunities for growth
