Corrigan Collection group is looking for a Sommelier to join our highly professional and energetic front-of-house team. A successful candidate will be working between Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill and Corrigan’s Mayfair restaurants.

Our ideal Sommelier candidate will possess:
- Experience working in hospitality (preferably in fine dining restaurants)
- Willingness to learn and have passion for wines
- Professional attitude and be excellent team player with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
- Possess good command of English language
- Able to work full-time and different shift patterns
About the Position of Sommelier
- Responsible for your own station (certain amount of tables to manage)
- Placing wine orders on the system
- Assisting Assistant Head Sommelier & Head Sommelier with daily duties
- Working closely with the Bar team
