We Are Looking For:

- Support the Sommelier team with all aspects of the wine service in the restaurant.
- Have experience in customer service and quality establishments from around the world.
- Be exceptionally organised and comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Support wine cellar and storage management
- Thrive on sharing your passion for drinks and wine
- Love making that sale to a customer because you are a natural salesperson.
- Deliver the best service to our customers.
- Cocktail-making experience would be a distinct advantage
- Always bring the best version of yourself to work
