As a Junior Sommelier, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our wine program, provide recommendations to guests, and be an integral part of delivering an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and provide recommendations to guests, suggesting wine pairings that enhance their dining experience.
- Support the senior sommelier team in daily operations and special events.
- Attend regular tastings and educational sessions to expand your knowledge.
- Collaborate with the management team to contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- A passion for wine and a desire to pursue a career as a sommelier.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills in the art of wine service.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Basic knowledge of wine regions and varietals is advantageous.
