We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Head Sommelier to join our team at the Michelin starred Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay, located in Knightsbridge.
Petrus by Gordon Ramsay is an elegant fine dining restaurant which has retained a Michelin star since 2011. Serving modern French cuisine, the restaurant benefits from a magnificent state of the art cylindrical wine vault constructed from glass in the middle of the restaurant, creating a fantastic ambience for both our guests and the team.
We are ideally looking for candidates who:
- Has previous experience as an Assistant Head Sommelier or Head Sommelier within a Michelin Star or Fine Dining environment
- Possess or are currently studying for a WSET Diploma or Court of Master sommelier Advance Sommelier Certificate
- Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service to our guests in an engaging and informative way
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build rapport with our guests and the team
- Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and skills
