Manteca is looking for a service-focused wine waiter to work with the head of wine and the wine team, helping to manage the wine function within the restaurant. you will be knowledgeable about wine, with an understanding of both classic and low-intervention wines from Italy as well as from other European and New World wine-producing regions.
the role requires someone who has good experience working within a fast-paced, busy restaurant and who thrives on delivering an exceptional guest experience. off-the-floor, you are organised and detail-oriented, able to balance the admin workload of the wine purchasing function alongside the floor service.
