Bonheur is the first solo venture from Chef Matt Abé, having been Chef Patron at the 3 Michelin Star Restaurant Gordon Ramsay for 13 years .
Bonheur will be at the legendary 43 Upper Brook Street in Mayfair (formerly Le Gavroche) and is looking to build on the heritage of mentorship both in the kitchen and front of house teams.
