Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Sommelier for our Pavyllon Restaurant and Bar Antoine by Yannick Alleno.
Chef Yannick Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while the chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.
Your role
As our Sommelier you will work with our Head Sommelier Andrea, to make sure our wine offering to the guests is both exciting, interactive and refined. Our restaurant will exude charisma and create warmth which you will play a key part in bringing every day. You will have fantastic interpersonal skills and be passionate about exceptional service for our guests.
