Opening its doors in September 2024, Amélie is an exquisite French restaurant within Belgravia’s historic Pantechnicon building on Motcomb Street. A luxury dining destination set across two floors as well as an outdoor terrace, its menu will focus on Provençal cuisine alongside further Mediterranean influences. Amélie will bring the French spirit of art de vivre to London and will be one of Sunset Hospitality Group’s first UK openings.

The Role
As Sommelier at Sachi , you will be vital in ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant and contributing toward our goal of becoming London’s favourite destination restaurant.
- Curate and maintain an outstanding and diverse wine selection that reflects our commitment to quality
- Provide tailored wine recommendations to elevate the dining experience for our guests
- Work closely with team members to deliver impeccable service and uphold the highest standards
- Develop creative wine pairings that complement our culinary offerings
- Manage inventory and ensure the wine cellar is meticulously organised and maintained
About You
- Proven experience as a Sommelier within a luxury, Michelin-starred, or destination restaurant
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of wine regions and varietals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests and provide memorable wine experiences
- Strong team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Detail orientated with a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the wine programme
- WSET or equivalent qualification desirable
