With Director of Wine Eric Zwiebel MS, we are looking to build and nurture a team of world class sommeliers to give our guests an unparalleled experience.
Bonheur is the first solo venture by Chef Matt Abé having been the Chef Patron at the 3 Michelin Star Restaurant Gordon Ramsay for 13 years.
Bonheur will be at the legendary 43 Upper Brook Street in Mayfair (formerly Le Gavroche).
