Unzu Wines, producing exclusive rosé and white wines created by the Spanish wine legend Julián Chivite will be renewing its support for Top 100 Sommeliers 2025 in Spain.
Unzu Wines reinforces its commitment to sommeliers and the broader on trade with their support for this annual ranking in Spain.
February 2024, London and Madrid – Top 100 Sommeliers is delighted to announce that Unzu Wines is the to partner with Top 100 Sommeliers Spain 2025, for the second year running.
Recognising the value and importance of the role of the sommelier in the on-trade, Julián Chivite López, owner of Unzu Wines said: For Unzu, it is very important to associate its image with excellence in wine and that is why we want to be alongside the best professionals in the sector. Transmitting the legacy of 11 generations of winemakers to their children is the reason for Unzu Wines and that is why we are especially excited to participate in the Top 5 Young Sommeliers.
Top 100 Sommeliers was launched in Spain May 2024, following its success in the UK, and popularity amongst wine service professionals in the hospitality sector. The organisers teamed up with well-known Spanish sommelier Agustin Trapero to bring the initiative to his native country.
