Sommelier
The Cocochine, located in London, is a new restaurant opened by Hamiltons Gallery owner Tim Jefferies and Chef Larry Jayasekara. Set in a historic property in Bruton Place, The Cocochine offers a unique dining experience across four floors with a focus on preserving the building’s heritage and enhancing the guest experience. Menus are fully à la carte with exclusive table use for both lunch and dinner services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sommelier role at The Cocochine. The Sommelier will be responsible for wine pairing, wine sales, and enhancing the overall food and beverage experience for guests. Effective communication with the team and guests is key for this role.
Qualifications
- Wine Pairing and Wine Sales skills
- Experience as a Sommelier
- Food & Beverage knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Certification or training in wine studies or sommelier courses
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in high-end dining establishments is a plus
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
