En esta edici\u00f3n del <em>Sommeliers\u2019 Sommelier 2026<\/em>, celebrada junto a los Top 100 Sommeliers de Espa\u00f1a, la emoci\u00f3n y el reconocimiento mutuo marcaron una jornada dedicada a quienes convierten cada copa en un recuerdo imborrable.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<p>Agust\u00edn Trapero,\u00a0 embajador de Top 100 Sommeliers en Espa\u00f1a, inaugur\u00f3 el encuentro con un mensaje claro: la sumiller\u00eda espa\u00f1ola est\u00e1 en su edad dorada. Destac\u00f3 el papel esencial que desempe\u00f1an estos profesionales en la restauraci\u00f3n contempor\u00e1nea, no solo como expertos en vino, sino como narradores de historias, custodios de tradiciones y creadores de emociones. \u201cLos sumilleres son el puente entre el vi\u00f1edo y la mesa\u201d, record\u00f3 Trapero. \u201cSon quienes elevan el servicio y garantizan que cada experiencia sea sublime\u201d. Cualquiera que haya formado parte del Top 100 desde 2024 pudo elegir al colega que considera el mejor en su campo. Esta votaci\u00f3n, tan honesta como exigente, dio lugar a un quinteto finalista que refleja la diversidad y altura de la sumiller\u00eda en Espa\u00f1a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Daniel Giganto Arias<\/strong>, Head Sommelier, MU-NA (Ponferrada)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Diego Gonz\u00e1lez Barbolla<\/strong>, Wine Director, Tiempos L\u00edquidos Wine Room (Burgos)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maikel Rodr\u00edguez Cortina<\/strong>, Head Sommelier, Restaurante Iv\u00e1n Cerde\u00f1o (Toledo)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Daniel S\u00e1nchez Lospitao<\/strong>, Head Sommelier, Restaurante Quinto Cecilio (C\u00e1ceres\/Madrid)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Giorgia Scaramella<\/strong>, Head Sommelier &amp; Directora, Aromata by Andreu Genestra (Mallorca)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cada uno de ellos representa un estilo, una visi\u00f3n y un camino distinto dentro de la sumiller\u00eda, pero comparten una misma esencia: la pasi\u00f3n por el vino y el compromiso con la excelencia.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Colaboraciones que engrandecen el evento<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El acto cont\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n con la presencia de dos colaboraciones clave. Por un lado, <strong>Juv\u00e9 &amp; Camps<\/strong>, cuyos cavas acompa\u00f1aron la jornada.
